Alisha Noterman
Co-Founder & CEO
Assistive Technology Specialist | Entrepreneur
Core Expertise
With over 25 years of transforming lives, Alisha co-founded DTS with a radical vision: therapy should be fun. As an Assistive Technology Specialist, she believed that technology could be an integral part of access and communication.
Alisha describes herself as an "entrepreneur and IMPACT agent of change" dedicated to transforming education, healthcare, and lives through communication, reading, writing, and technology. With her Assistive Technology Certificate from CSUN and previous experience as Sales Manager at Words-Plus Inc (1996-2001), she brings deep technical expertise to DTS's innovative approach.
Beyond DTS, Alisha has built a "collection of businesses" serving both neurodiverse individuals and professionals. She founded Educate4.com (2020) for professional development, hosts the internationally recognized CAMA AAC Conference featuring over 7 AAC users as speakers, and leads Empower Private Practice Coaching (2023), helping therapists launch and scale sustainable, mission-driven practices while maintaining her own practice.
Lisa Sandoval

Core Expertise
With 26 years of experience, Lisa brings innovative evidence-based practices to life, specializing in neurogenics, head and neck cancer, language-learning disabilities, and AAC. Her expertise includes working with laryngectomees and Wilson Reading Program Level 1 certification, helping thousands discover their potential.
As a co-founder, Lisa believed that learning should be enjoyable and multisensory. With degrees from The Ohio State University (B.A.) and University of Wisconsin-Madison (M.S.), her philosophy that "everyone can learn" has shaped DTS's approach to making therapy sessions engaging and effective for both children and adults.
Beyond therapy, Lisa is also President of USA Dance Antelope Valley Chapter and Event Director of the High Desert Dance Classic, a 3-day annual dance convention she's led for 21+ years. She brings the same passion for education and community building to both communication therapy and dance, always ensuring learning is engaging and fun.
