Alisha Magilei, AAC/AT

Alisha Magilei-Noterman, AAC/AT

Co-Founder of Dynamic Therapy Solutions, Alisha is an Assistive Technology Specialist. She has been working with children, adolescents and adults with disabilities in the area of AAC/AT since 1996. Alisha received her AT Certificate through CSUN Northridge in 2001. Alisha presents both Nationally and Internationally.

Lisa Sandoval, M.S., CCC-SLP

Lisa Sandoval, M.S., CCC-SLP

Co-Founder of Dynamic Therapy Solutions, Lisa is a Speech-Language Pathologist. She is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and licensed by the State of California. She has been working with children, adolescents and adults with communication disorders (specializing in AAC, neurogenics, head & neck cancer, and language-learning disabilities) since 1989. Lisa received her AT Certificate through CSUN Northridge in 2001.

Tyler Noterman, Director of Sales & Marketing

Tyler has over ten years of sales and marketing experience, six of those years spent specifically in the field of augmentative and alternative communication. Tyler received his AT Certificate through Dynamic Therapy Solutions in 2008. As an AT Specialist and Communication Consultant, Tyler has worked directly with children, adolescents and adults with disabilities in the area of AAC/AT. He has worked closely with several organizations in both the Healthcare and Education industries implementing communication disorder programs and support networks. Tyler loves being able to work in an industry that has such a positive impact on the lives of those who are differently abled.

Eitan graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelors degree in Communication. He has been working in the field of Behavior Intervention (BII), Assistive Technology (AT), and Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) since 1996.

Vanessa Douib-Perri

Vanessa Douib-Perri, M.S.

Vanessa has been an AT Specialist and Behavior Interventionist for Dynamic Therapy Solutions working with both children and adults, since 2004.  She received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of California Santa Barbara and Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis at the University of Judaism, in Bel Air California.  She has worked in the field of Psychology and ABA for approximately 12 years and specializes in working with individuals with attention and behavioral challenges.

Rebecca Goodwin

Rebecca Goodwin – Speech-Language Pathologist

Rebecca studied at CSUN. She has been a speech-language pathologist for 8 years, and she has been with DTS for 5 years.  She enjoys working with patients who have had a CVA or TBI, and swallowing.  She loves working for DTS because it is a learning environment for both the clinician and the client.

Jenifer Martinez – Speech-Language Pathologist

Jenifer graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Master of Arts Degree in Communicative Disorders. She has been working as a SLP for 15 years.  She enjoys supervising individuals that are Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, Graduate Students and Speech Language Pathologists in their Clinical Fellowship Year.   
Jennifer has worked for DTS for 4 years and she enjoys working in the areas of child language, articulation, and voice.  She loves working for DTS because “it is a dynamic place to work! “

Nancy Lesiecki

Nancy Lesiecki – Speech-Language Pathologist

Nancy joined the DTS team in 2009. Since coming to DTS, she has specialized in the evaluation and treatment of speech and language disorders in children. Her expertise lies in Early Intervention where she educates parents and caregivers, giving them the tools to empower their children with language.
Nancy is a Speech-Language Pathologist who holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from The American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as a California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential and California State licensure. Nancy is a 2007 graduate of California State University Los Angeles with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Communicative Disorders.

Aimee Simpson – Speech Language Pathologist

Aimee went to undergraduate and graduate school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has been a speech-language pathologist for 3 years and has worked for DTS for all 3 years.  She specializes in bilingual assessment and intervention in English-Spanish speaking populations.  Aimee loves working for DTS because it is such a team-oriented environment that it gives her the flexibility to work with a variety of ages and disorders.

Amy Zeis

Amy Zeis – Speech Language Pathologist

Amy attended the University of Missouri and University of Tulsa, and she has been in speech pathology for 35 years. She has worked for DTS for 6 years now. She feels that working in the DTS office is so different from school speech therapy. She has learned an incredible amount of information about private speech therapy from very talented professionals and she feels fortunate to be able to work with some of the nicest people (personally and professionally) that she has ever known.

Cindy Steen

Cindy Steen – Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Cindy has 15 years experience as a Special Education Instructional Assistant, working directly with students with learning disabilities. She completed her Associate of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at Pasadena City College in 2009.

Currently Cindy specializes in speech and language therapy, with a concentration and passion for the Wilson Language and Reading System.
